A paint and sip event with a twist…
Rather than be presented with a blank canvas, you are presented with an engraved wood wall hanging and a cut out of your name. During the event, you paint the engraving (staying inside of the lines! LOL) and attach your name to the finished product. Viola! You have a lovely home decor piece, painted by your hands, and complete with your name personalization.
No more being intimidated by the blank canvas offered at the traditional paint and sip events!
Choose the mandala design for your event, which will be engraved on an approximately 10 inch circle of one-quarter inch poplar wood. All participants will receive the same mandala; however, no two finished products will be the same. Each person will leave with a unique wall hanging which they will be proud to hang in their home while telling the story of how they hand painted it themselves. Tabletop stands are available at an additional cost to those who choose this option.
DIVA Custom Laser Adornments supplies each participant with their mandala engraved circle, their name cut out of one-eighth inch birch wood, paint, brushes, and glue to complete the wall hanging. We also supply the refreshments for the group.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS PRODUCT:
- The organizer of the event must have a minimum of 5 participants (organizer + 4 friends).
- You must supply the location and table and chairs for all participants.
- This is a no-cost item used strictly to collect the necessary information to setup a private custom listing for your event. Checking out with this item does not setup your Wine and Design event. Payment is required — please see below.
- You must select which mandala you would like to have at your event (or select Fundraiser if you wish to setup a fundraiser) before you can add this item to your cart. A picture of the selected item will appear in the product window once selected. Please toggle through the selections and choose the one you desire in order to add the item to your cart.
- DIVA Custom Laser Adornments will create the custom listing and e-mail you the URL and password necessary to gain access to your listing. Simply distribute this URL and password to your guests so that they may purchase their seat at your event. All participants must pay in advance. This allows us to engrave the mandala and cut out the requested name. We suggest a minimum 2-week lead time for your event so your participants have time to purchase. We set a deadline of one week prior to your event date for sales cut-off, allowing us adequate time to create all of the mandalas and name cut outs for your event.
- Once we have received a minimum of 5 participants, we will e-mail you to confirm the date, time, and location of your event. Wine and Design events are a 2-hour maximum event.
FUNDRAISING WITH WINE AND DESIGN:
Wine and Design can also be used as a fundraiser for you to raise funds for whatever cause or organization you desire. In order to setup a fundraiser, select the Fundraiser option in the dropdown window. You will be contacted with further details on setting up your fundraiser. A minimum of 10 participants are required for fundraisers. This allows us to offer you a discounted price on materials and supplies, while allowing you to set your own price for the event. In doing so, you have full control over the amount of funds you raise for your cause.
PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR NAME, E-MAIL ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, ANTICIPATED NUMBER OF ATTENDEES, AND DESIRED EVENT DATE IN THE “ORDER NOTES” FIELD OF THE CHECK OUT PAGE. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL DELAY PROCESSING OF YOUR WINE AND DESIGN EVENT SETUP.
